It was our first visit and we came for the Thanksgiving dinner buffet. It was wonderful; Douglas was a terrific server! I have celiac disease and need to medically be strictly gluten free — he took extra care to make sure I was set up. We can’t wait to come back!

Thanksgiving buffet was awful and I mean lousy. They charged $65 per person had fake turkey (turkey roast like in a cafeteria) the prime rib was sliced as if it was steakums so thin you could see through it and it was overall just bad food. The two items that were edible were the mac and cheese and the sweet potato casserole. Everything else was worse than cafeteria food. I tried to discuss with the manager and even came out and said the food was lousy and then to add insult to injury they added an 18% gratuity to the buffet so for 3 of us they wanted us to leave a $40 tip. Nowhere in their flyer, their website or on open table did it say 18% gratuity added. So disappointed, overpaid by like $50 per person. My advice if you want real turkey and a real slice of prime rib go somewhere else. The food at Golden corral at $15 a person is better. Manager should have handled this way differently

The Thanksgiving buffet food was absolutely wonderful. The service was largely absent- all refills had to be asked for and empty plates sat a long time before being taken, but there was a built-in 18% gratuity which I didn’t see listed anywhere until it was on the bill and which I’ve never seen for a group of four, let alone at a buffet. I understand if it was a holiday thing, but not seeing it noted ahead of time like the price was and knowing I left a $55 tip for lousy service at a buffet was a disappointing way to end the meal.

Main entrees were good. Dessert options were disappointing. Crusts were tough and little flavor.

This meal was a Thanksgiving buffet. I suppose as buffets go, it was fine. However, you have to eat a LOT to make the price worth it. And buffet food generally suffers from being out for longer than you would like. My favorite was the Brussels sprouts. My husband really liked the prime rib and ham. Turkey (smoked) was salty and dry. Dessert pies must have been purchased somewhere else. Crusts were too thick and tough. Having said all that, this place has a good reputation for food and drinks. Just beware of buffets. Service was attentive.
