   The food is delicious and the service impeccable. Our server Rachel was very knowledgeable and offered us delicious suggestions. We had a burger, fried shrimp, crab soup, and the praline basket dessert. Every dish was perfectly cooked and the flavors were amazing. Highly recommend!!!

   Wonderful food and service. Our waitress, Sierra, was great. We really enjoyed the ambiance of the beautiful restaurant. Be sure to take a few minutes to walk through all of the rooms to see the beautiful decor in each area, including the tavern in the basement. We had delicious food and would especially recommend the fried chicken with mashed potatoes, the crab beignets, the peanut butter chocolate mousse bombe, the fried chicken salad, and the fish tacos.

    The evening started out great with a nice table upstairs next to window. After ordering drinks, it took some time for them to arrive. Biscuits were delivered to the table and were outstanding. Ordered an appetizer that was fantastic, the fried green tomatoes. Asked some questions about a couple of dishes and decided on the ravioli for my wife and scallops for me. In the mean time, my wife's wine glass went dry and it took awhile to get the attention of the server to order another glass. I also asked for a glass of ice. Again, it took awhile to get the wine and I never got the glass of ice. When our meals arrived, the scallops were cooked exactly as I asked, however, my wife's ravioli was missing the pecan cream sauce, it was if they forgot the last step of putting the sauce on the dish. It took at least 10 minutes to get the server's attention to ask for the sauce and then at least five or ten minutes later the server stopped and said "you haven't got you sauce yet?" When the sauce did come a few minutes later, it had already thickened to the point it wouldn't pour AND it was just luke warm. So at this point I had finished my dinner, before my wife even began to eat. A manager stopped by to ask about our dinner during the wait and my wife told her about the sauce, and she basically just brushed us off. At no point was there any apology about the dinner/service. On the way out of the restaurant I spoke to another manager about my wife's dinner, and was given an even bigger brush off. Unfortunately, a great dining opportunity was ruined by a few minor issues that could have been easily prevented AND the staff didn't seem to care.
