we enjoyed the meal and the service was good. the menu did not have all the steaks listed so my wife had to settle for the sirloin. the bar did not have any draught beers only john smiths in cans. however overall we had a pleasant evening.

After reserve by out table 4 weeks in advance for a 7pm sitting for 7 people I was pleased with booking process and email confirmation. The day before our reservation I had a follow up email to confirm our table and requester let the restaurant know of any changes. Our party of 7 arrived at 7pm to enjoy our meal only to be informed that the restaurant had stopped serving food at 4pm. The managers very unsympathetic suggestion was that we come back the following day - I don't think so.

This is a restaurant on a caravan park near to the Bluebell Pub. It is set out lovely in a large hall type of building. The view is of the swimming pool and you do not have to be a resident to use it. Booking is advised. The service was excellent as expected. The food was also excellent and cannot fault that however the price seems a bit high to me for what you get. If they ask if you would like water for your table you will be charged for it! It is not pub food though and as I mentioned the food was excellent.

while we were all happy with the staff and the food the Music ? was without a doubt the worse We have ever heard We would have left much earlier but had booked a Taxi and could not get a earlier one Because of the Music we would not feel easy about coming back again which in some respects is a shame Jennifer Vaughan

Booked table on line arrived to find they had no record of our booking.not a good start! Waited whilst a table was sorted out . Ordered some drinks. Drinks never came so I went to the bar and fetched them . Eventually our order was taken. Our table was booked for seven o'clock food arrived at eight thirty and was ok. Felt sorry for the two waitresses as they were trying their best but we're completely overwhelmed by the number of customers they had to serve .

We really enjoyed our meal here, we had starters, main and dessert and all were very nice only slight negative was the mains were very small. I had pork belly and have had larger portions for a starter. The environment is very tasteful and the staff were all really friendly. We would definitely go back again!

After reading the good reviews we were very surprised to find this restaurant is located on a caravan site. The restaurant and immediate area have had a mixed make over. Inside - light, modern & looks good but chair seats are old and stained. Pool outside & terrace looks good. The food is reasonable especially for the price. Scallop starter could be more refined but the scallops were delicious. Belly of pork main course was tasty. Ambience zero.
