   The food and service as always was excellent, in fact booked again for tomorrow lunch. It is definitely one of my favourite restaurants. I live in Stratford-upon-Avon, so have tried all of the restaurants but eat in the Opposition the most.

   The plaice with samphire and capers was beautifully cooked and served with mixed vegetables. It’s my first visit to Oppo and won’t be my last.

   First time I have been back here in years and just not the same. The food quality is not what it used to be, in fact a million miles away. I won’t be returning, was one such a great place to eat out.

   Great service and food. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was eating alone and was concerned how I’d feel, not having experienced this in a restaurant. I needn’t have worried, it was fine. The food was lovely, well prepared and tasty. There was a good selection to choose from and the specials - salmon, cod and plaice were all tempting. I had the cod, which was delicious. I can recommend the strawberry cheesecake brownie, too. I had a lovely meal. I can recommend The Opposition and I’d eat here again if I return to Stratford.

   Simply one of the finest, if not the actual finest restaurant in Stratford upon Avon. Great staff, great food, what more could you want?

    Thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the fish in particular was beautifully cooked. Very friendly staff, we look forward to going back.
