   It was very busy. Despite having a reservation we waited over 15 minutes to be seated and stood in a very cramped entry vestibule to avoid standing outside in the cold. There is no suitable place to wait and since I was with my teenage daughter, going to the bar was not a great option. We were seated in a small room and the only other occupants were a large party. It was pretty awkward, and we know from standing near the check-in desk that other people seated there had asked to be re-seated. It was awkward enough that the large party felt the need to watch what they were saying around my daughter and actually started taking to us. My beer was served without a glass (usually fine but very unexpected at an upscale restaurant), my lobster was overcooked and served without butter (brought only upon request but it was cold by then) and the sauce for my steak was also forgotten and brought upon request when my steak was already half eaten. On our $230 bill, the $4 sauce was comped. We made the most of it and have a funny story to tell about being seated with the large party, but overall it was not the experience we expected or have had at this restaurant the one other time we decided to splurge on a meal like this.

   We have dined at Oregon Grille many times over the years, including 3 times now under the ownership of Atlas Group. This evening the politeness of our waitress could not have been better but her attentiveness to our table of 2 was spotty at best. Our dining experience lasted 2 1/2 hours which in the past has always been about 90 minutes. Other than that, our food was delicious and arrived in a timely fashion. Another issue we experienced was the level of noise at our table. Honestly, we experienced the same issue the last time we dined at OG and I should have requested seating in a different area of the restaurant. Unless you want to shout your dinner conversation, I recommend that you request to be seated at a table in the dining room proper and avoid the bar and the narrow hallway next to the bar. Our table was in the narrow hallway. We have always enjoyed the food at OG and service has not been an issue in the past. We will be back and request seating in the dining room.

   We spent our first wedding anniversary at the Oregon grill and couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. They made the night so special and our server Natalie was phenomenal. Will be going back!

   The Oregon Grille never disappoints! We started with the prawn scampi and potato skins & caviar – a staple! Everything was fresh and packed with flavor. We enjoyed a 6oz filet and gnocchi – both were perfection. The steak was cooked perfectly to temperature, and the gnocchi was rich and satisfying. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you can always count on a great meal and a great time. Highly recommend!

   Amazing service. Food was excellent. Ambiance was lovely. It was my wedding anniversary and the manager and server really made sure our experience was great. I will definitely have dinner there again soon.

   Fabulously delicious meal - tender steaks cooked to perfection. Great ambience with piano player. Very attentive waiter. Wonderful evening.

    We had an enjoyable lunch, food was excellent and service was impeccable. We will definitely look forward to our next meal at The Oregon Grille. Always a fine dining experience.
