This was the worst experience of my life. We booked s table a month in advance for my 50th birthday, we got there to be told by a horrendous women that we had no booking, no offer of explanation just expected us to leave ( the place was less than half full) we then spoke to another man who checked and said we hadn't booked. We showed him the booking confirmation on my phone and he just said we don't deal with open table anymore. He then offered us a table "because there is room' we were then shown to a table and was basically left until we asked to order, when we did we were told what we wanted wasn't available, we ordered something else . I asked for prosecco and was told they didn't sell it, but I pointed it out in the menu. The food was beyond average probably because I felt sick in the stumoch about how we were treated especially in my 50th. We left our mains. Paid far to much money and left. I have told so many people in Jersey about this as I had traveled from England and was so totally devastated.

This restaurant exceeded all expectations. The fish dishes were excellent, creative and mixed ingredients together well.

Oh dear, after using the Oyster Box every time we visit Jersey something has seriously wrong, On the lead up to Christmas the restaurant was virtually empty, it was cold, with panel heaters every where, apart from the toilets which were freezing The menu had changed with a lot of the old favourites missing, the staff tried hard but something is missing Very doubtful if we shall return with so many splendid restaurants on the island, such a shame

We were very disappointed because after arriving at 7:30 we were eating our main by 8:00 so rushed!it was our wedding anniversary and we wanted a nice relaxing meal without the children.

The food was to die for! Service was exception, maybe too quick as our evening was over before we knew it. Can't fault the Oyster Box at all.

Recommend by a friend as his favourite restaurant on Jersey I would agree from the moment we walked in to the minute we left the service was excellent Any requests we had were no issue good food excellent choice and not overpriced 110% Easy on line booking
