The Pink Adobe restaurant stands proudly in the heart of Santa Fe's historic Barrio De Analco neighborhood, which is considered the oldest neighborhood in the US. Founded in 1944 by Rosalea Murphy, an artist and social connector, the restaurant takes its name from the rose-colored adobe plastering on the nearly 400-year-old hacienda that serves as its home. This iconic Santa Fe destination at the heart of the Old Santa Fe Trail has been known for its fun, vibrant atmosphere and outstanding cuisine. Some of the famous well-known dishes are still existing such as the Steak Dunnigan, French Onion Soup and Rosalea's French Apple Pie among with new and innovative creations from our Executive Chef Andrew Fox.

We had to wait a bit for our table, but we were a bit early. We all ordered different margaritas. Mine was great, my daughters were so tart they couldn’t drink. we asked 4 different times for a bit of Cointreau it took close to 30 mins to get. They did give us a lovely table next to a wood burning fireplace! Our waiter was apparently new. Did not know the menu and we had to ask to have our water refilled. All and all, we enjoyed the restaurant was great. They just need to train the wait staff before turning them lose. The food was amazing

Very nice time. Good food great service. Everyone in our room seemed to be having a good time too so that made the atmosphere really nice.

Our dinner at The Pink Adobe was absolutely outstanding in every single way! The ambience, the service, and of course the food were all above and beyond wonderful!

Fish dish was very good, corn chowder was very good, Crab cake was good. Apple pie was awful, crust was like cardboard. Remember from years ago it was the best on town!

Had an amazing meal at the Pink Adobe last night. We came to honor my parents who recently passed away and this was one of their favorite restaurants. Our server was amazing. Food was excellent. Only issue we had was we walked next door to the Dragon Room to get a cocktail and got turned away at 8:55 pm. It did not make us feel very welcomed. The bar was not empty so would have really wanted to relax for twenty minutes.

I’ve eaten at many restaurants all around the world and this is in my top ten! The food was unbelievable Our service was perfect And add in the ambiance that was so Santa Fe and amazing Thank you for a great experience I will be back! : )

The food was very bad . I ordered crab cakes . I live in NM born in Maryland . I should know what a crab cake taste . This was nothing . Then the beets salad that taste bad to . My husband did not like his meal either . Our friend said her meal tasted very bad . I had not been here is 15-20 years and I will not go back . The sever rushed us . We came to dinner to enjoy the environment and food . We not neither. I run a Nonprofit called Friday Night Dining. It is a fine dining sit down dinner . This was very bad . You should either refund our money or make us a free meal . Please see that the owner /Chef get this also

Everything about the Pink Adobe was lovely. The coziness and Santa Fe decor made me feel like I was in someone’s home. The shishito peppers were roasted and seasoned perfectly, the beet salad was a work of art, and the Chilean Sea Bass with artichoke was delicious. Service was outstanding, she took the time to explain dishes and Chef visited tables. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back on my next visit.

tiny table crammed in. Obviously trying to squeeze more guests in but not pleasant. Very hard to hear given large number of diners in a small room with poor acoustics. Main meal so so. Appetizer great. Desert poor.

It was our first experience at the Pink Adobe and everything was exceptional from the wait staff to the service and the meal. Will definitely be back another time.
