   This was our first time at The Ranch and we will definitely be returning. The food was great and very well seasoned. The drinks were fantastic as well. The wait staff was very nice and friendly. Overall, we loved it and are looking forward to the next visit.

   Server was not present i ordered a steak medium and it came out medium rare my wife got the chicken was undercooked switched to flatbread

   We were somewhat disappointed with our experience at The Ranch. We were seated promptly but for some reason the table behind ours, which had a bench and should have seated 6, had 9 or 10 people crowded around, (they had pulled up extra chairs taken from other tables.) Our server Yarelis, was waiting on them, another table of 8 and us so we drew the short straw. We ordered a flat bread which was good and delivered quickly. We ordered dinner and things began to slip. My wife ordered a salad with dressing on the side which was delivered long before our other meals but sans dressing. We mentioned the lack of dressing to the delivery person and he said the salads come pre-dressed, (it was not.) We said the same thing to Yarelis once we flagged her down and she said the same thing. Ultimately the dressing arrived about the same time as my son's dinner which came complete with fries that were about as cold as my beer, (he is not one to complain so he just didn't eat them.) Our daughter-in-law ordered a salad and a side of fries, (I don't know why either,) and when they failed to arrive after several more requests Yarelis finally said she was sorry but she forgot to enter them. They brough the fries at the same time they brought me a to-go container for my leftovers. I probably should have told the server she should not charge for the fries since we were not going to hang around to eat them but I decided to just eat the charge instead. It is not Yarelis' fault that the table behind our was very demanding but things could have and should have gone better.

   The Ranch represents the quintessential Texas dining experience. Casual, laid back atmosphere, staff and servers in western attire, multiple bars, live music on certain nights. It's a slice of Texas! Service is attentive, food is what I like to call - "comfort food". I had steak, my wife Ribs. You know a joint is cocky when they give you ribs and a butter knife. Yep, sure enough, fell right off the bone! Drinks were great, I loved the Caramel Old Fashioned - a unique spin on my classic cocktail. Chocolate cake with ice cream topped off the experience. We will definitely be back!

   I had the 6oz filet and it was perfect. I paired it with the Brussel sprouts, which were phenomenal! My drinking glass was never empty. It was a very enjoyable evening.
