When I made the reservation, I stated that it was a birthday celebration . I expected piece of cake or some acknowledgement of the occasion. It was only mentioned by the server after we paid the bill.

Beautiful Restaurant. Super Ambiance. Spectacular Vuew of Vancouver and Burrard Inlet. Well worth the visit. Here’s hoping the new build will live up to its reputation.

Excellent food and wine as always. Superb view still even though that tree is starting to spoil it. Great service. Best Seafood Tower I've ever had. Ample parking. Maybe time to update the Decor and brighten the parking lot. I miss Checo Tohomaso in the Lounge. Why no Dine Out Vancouver Menu? Time to target younger Clientele. For me this place is still a gem. I'll keep supporting you.

Christian waited on us and was excellent. He was very accommodating to some of our request, dietary needs and even agreed to ask the Chef to change the type of broth of their Seafood bowl, from a coconut broth to a white wine creamy sauce. We were four and all loved our meal. I had the classic Salmon Trio, which was perfectly cooked ! (Very moist, not dry) My GF had the Sable Fish, simply melt in your mouth. Even the Praws Egg rolls were excellent. The restaurant looked great and even at night had spectacular views ! Very Sad to hear they may be closing this year after 48 years of existence. ....say it isn't so !! Definitely need to go back a couple more times before its gone. Patrick

I’ve been going to the Salmon house for years and have had great experiences. This one however was not good. The service was absolutely awful and the food was what you would expect from Earls or cactus club. I never could of imagined a lobster tail could be so small and absolutely disgusting. They automatically added a 18 percent tip so to pay a tip of over $100 for bad service and food was not a good experience.
