   A wonderful celebratory birthday dinner for my twenty-something fraternal twins and their bestie and me. Our server was wonderful as was the food. Well, maybe a bit more remoulade on my trout po-boy would have made it better, but that was quite insignificant in the great overall experience! Will always recommend the Salty Sow to others!

   Server was in a rush to leave Didn’t ask if we wanted dessert before closing and said someone else can put the order for us since he was leaving before close

   A couple appetizers, and a different main for each of us in a dining area to ourselves made for a perfect evening. Having their own free parking on site in Austin is a plus. A bit more than we normally spend eating out, but worth it.

   The Salty Sow has always been a great experience. The service is top notch friendly, their daily happy hour options are wide and excellent, love their cocktails, and the ambiance is nice yet casual enough! Also I love they allow dogs in their covered patio too. I ordered the pork belly tacos, roasted beets, rosemary honey chicken and their pimento toast which all were delicious. There’s plenty of parking but I advise to get a reservation early as the restaurant fills up quickly even when they open at 4:30 pm! I look forward to coming back to Salty Sow again soon.

    We had redfish, rosemary chicken, broccolini. Food was excellent, server was outstanding. A bit of a wait even with a reservation. Wish the chairs/stools in our section had backs for more comfort. Overall highly recommend.

    I'm so glad y'all enjoyed everything. I am so sorry about that wait, and I really appreciate your patience and understanding. We made some changes on our settings on OpenTable, and it was too short of an estimated dining time for guests. We're making those changes right now, so it doesn't happen again.
