   nous avons aimer sauf quelque pepins notre serveuse n était pas présente et le steak de ma femme étais trop cuit mais il l on pas charger et le reste étais correct .

   We had an exceptional time at the shore club. The floor manager was so kind to chat with me earlier in the day to accommodate seating after my husband hurt his leg and had a limited ability. The service was outstanding. Michael was knowledgeable and kind. He offered us a variety of suggestions for our meal and drinks and was very attentive. He was quick to check in with each course and helped to make the experience a truly unique one. The food was a cut above anything else available in Ottawa. The steaks were perfectly cooked and the timing of the meal was perfect. It was our first visit but we will be back. I would like to highlight the staff- the Shore Club clearly has a high standard for who they employ and all staff from hostesses, to busers, to wait staff, to management went above and beyond. Again, thank you Michael- you’re a rockstar

   This is a favourite restaurant of ours because it gets the basics so right that frills are not necessary. No ornamental swirls of sauce to ornament the plate are needed - just superb ingredients, superbly prepared and served. Something as boring sounding as a half roasted chicken has become a go-to dish, delicious, alone on the plate with a tasty gravy. Sides of grilled tomato slices and mashed potatoes add to the rewarding experience. We appreciate adventurous ethnic cooking, and stylish presentations, but for melt in your mouth seafood, steak, lamb chops, dover sole, and the like, this place keeps us coming back. The ambiance is stylish, not cramped, conversation is possible, and the service continues to be superb and friendly. Well done! A bonus for eating in downtown Ottawa is the availability of valet parking.

   Always a good time at Shore Club Ottawa! We normally go a few times a year and splurge. Oysters were really on the small side for $4 ea. I also thought the side portions were on the small side. But the food was amazing as always. The practice what you peach drink was absolutely phenomenal. Not to keen on sitting in the bridge area either. You feel isolated from the restaurant but we had a good time. Our bill for four adults was around $850 before tip.

   My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner experience . The service was impeccable, the maître d`, the servers, everyone was pleasant and forthcoming and ensured that we were pleased with every course. The food was excellent. We found that the prices were high but it is like that everywhere since the pandemic. For a special occasion, it was my birthday, it is well worth the visit. The chocolates to celebrate my birthday as desert were much appreciated. I will recommend the Shore Club to my friends.

   I had dinner at the Shore Club with my husband on Suday night now my comments. I ordered the broccoli faro bowl. The farro was very tasty, unfortunately the broccoli was charred on the outside , but was under undercooked on the inside. Very hard and tasteless. I was most disappointed.

    It atmosphere was really good, but the food was lacking. The salmon and onion rings were tasteless. While the service and atmosphere were enjoyable, it was not worth the price.
