Our drinks were served to us in plastic disposable cups because they did not have clean glasses available to serve us. We ordered calamari as our appetizer however it never arrived. I think the waitress actually gave it to the wrong table. We ordered boiled shrimp which was overcooked making it difficult to peel. We also ordered crab stuffed flounder which was very heavy on the salt. I think there are better options available if you looking for good seafood.

Serving drinks in disposable cups due to a lack of clean glasses is not the standard we strive for, and missing an appetizer is certainly frustrating. Me and my party of 3 were welcomed with smiles. We were seated immediately. We had a very nice waitress named Liz. She was super attentive and answered all of our questions about the menu. All of our food came out piping hot and so very flavorful and delicious. Will return in the future.

This was one of the best meals we had in Savannah. The fact that they can present such quality food and service while being that busy is amazing. We love kitschy and the Shrimp Factory gives it in spades but also has cute little touches. I had the Artillery Punch which comes with a souvenir glass. At other restaurants you might get lucky and get a fresh glass in a bag. Here the new glass came neatly in a box. A small but endearing gesture.
