I expected more. This was my fourth afternoon tea at the Windsor Arms; the croissant was dry and so were the sandwiches. There were no "wow, delicious" items on the menu. The "chocolate martini" didn't taste like chocolate at all and one of my friends was served non-alcoholic prosecco. Very disappointing. I won't be going back.

Afternoon tea at the Windsor Arms is a lovely experience. We went to celebrate a birthday!! There were three of us and we had so much food that we all brought some home. We loved the scones and sandwiches. Our waiter was attentive in a very discreet way.

The service today by your two servers on December 6, 2024 at my 12pm reservation was excellent. They so friendly, light-hearted, informative with their suggestions, and helped us so well with picture taking. This is our 3rd time doing high tea with my sister, Jennifer, in December. We've made it a tradition. A wonderful way to treat our selves and enjoy each others' company. It is both the service by the concierge, servers, even the coat check person, that keeps us coming back. And yes the food! Beautifully plated and the teas are divine. Always a sublime time every year. Thank you. We have an annual Christmas tea here for years. It is a great way to start the holiday season with my girlfriends. We love the tea room at Windsor Arms and return every year as a result. The only thing that made me give a less than perfect score is because we didn’t receive our cocktails before our tea was served. No worries - we will still be back for our annual tradition - we might just have to be clear we want our cocktails first. 😉 Thanks for another lovely tea time!
