Our server Robert was very friendly and we appreciated him so much. The food for tea was just not good. Puffs for egg salad were stale, macarons were SUPER artificial tasting, asked for champagne and received mini bottles of Prosecco, lemon curd puffs were the same stale puff shells, and the scones were flavorless. All in all, not at all worth $55pp no matter how lovely the ambiance is.

We have been coming here for years and it is really disappointing. There is such a limited selection of pastries. I couldn’t even get a plain croissant. It was so much better years ago. And the service is absolutely terrible. All the servers have to do is beverages and that seems to be painful for them. So disappointing.

Though ambiance was nice, the prime eib ordered was awful. There was also a very limited menu, certainly different than the menu shown online. The price was outrageous for the quality of dood served!

Very disappointing. It is a beautiful atmosphere however, very very overpriced for the “snacks” they serve. Not enough help, couldn’t even keep tea replenished. Will not be returning or recommending.

Food was cold on buffet. Limited options on menu. Table legs un even and wobbly. Service was okay but they were stretched thin. Such a beautiful dining room but food was not good.

Our server was wonderful but he was the only one handling all the tables so things were a bit slow at times. Didn’t get nearly enough tea as expected for the price. Last time we had a menu and picked our own teas which I liked but this time we just got what we got. We were seated on lower lobby level and noise was a lot. We were basically seated in lobby right by Christmas tree and it was constant traffic.
