I enjoyed a seat at the bar for dinner and Paige was my bartended and server. Outstanding service and such a pleasant person with whom to converse during dinner. Wyatt made a good wine recommendation and the special ribeye dinner was very good. You'll love this place, for the food and atmosphere, but the people who always make me feel welcome.

Our server, Jake, was amazing. He was fun and had great recommendations. We ordered many of the specials for Valentine’s Day and the Wagyu Ribeye was to die for!

My husband and I went for Valentine’s Day for our first time. We were excited to try it because for 20+ years all we have heard is go eat at the Washhouse. It was not the experience that everyone tells us about. The earliest appt (although booked a month ago) was at 8:15pm. Our waitress did not greet us. We were given our menu no words exchanged. We were sat in the very back room which I later found out is not where you want to sit. Waitress comes back and asks what drinks we want. We get the drinks about 15 mins later. About 20 more minutes go by and she comes back to get our order. No personality, no explanation of the dishes, nothing. At this point my husband had finished his cocktail. She doesn’t ask if he wants another, writes our order down and leaves the table. Another 15 minutes go by- no sign of the waitress. The food is brought out and it isn’t until after the food is delivered that he requests another drink - as she did not ask him. Food was good but nothing special. The manager checked on several of the other tables but not ours. There was no synergy with employees and we felt isolated in our corner. We chalked it up to it was a bad day/time to go I guess. Failed our expectations.

Our 1st time and the experience was exceptional. We had the gumbo, diver scallops and bone-in pork chop. Cooked to perfection and delish. Service was impeccable. Tables are well spaced for privacy. Only downside was parking, but that didn’t detract from the overall experience. We’ll be back!

We had an outstanding dining experience. The food was delicious and our server,Mattie, was attentive with out being intrusive, very polite and friendly. People say it is expensive, but well worth it.
