Thank you for your interest in The Wash House Restaurant, where you will find fine Southern coastal cuisine served in a casual atmosphere. Come and enjoy our great Southern hospitality. Semi-casual attire is accepted and reservations are recommended. Our dining room is open 7 Nights a week starting at 5:00pm.

We have the perfect area for private parties and can handle a variety of groups, clubs and events. If you are in need of catering, we are your catering resource. We will come to you for parties as big or small as you like. Whether it's a camp house, bay house, church, farm, wharf or even your house, we’ll be there. Catering for all occasions. Wherever and whenever you need us, we are there for you.

Wonder meal from start to finish!! Kind, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend the shrimp stack appetizer and cheesecake for dessert. You can't go wrong with any of the entrée choices in between!!

My drink was unacceptable. Both taste and value. This was a special day for us. We have celebrated our anniversary the last 5 years at the wash house . They have always offered a desert as a complimentary jester, but not this year. We are putting a hold on future visits

We had a wonderful time at the Wash House. The service and attention to detail were outstanding. The catch of the day special was exceptional.

I love Sunday nights at The Wash House! I got to sit at the bar and experienced exceptional and friendly service, Becca is great! The drinks were fantastic, wine suggestions very good, and the food is always good! I highly recommend this restaurant!

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at The Wash House. The food, service and atmosphere were all amazing. I recommend The Wash House for a memorable and high quality dinner.

It was very very loud. The food took forever and was cold the steaks we crusty burnt and dry. The several drinks we ordered from the cocktail menu were nasty. We don’t complain or send food back either never have. Our server disappeared for long periods of time. We had to get up and go to the bar to order different drinks because we were void of a server. The table of six was set for a table of five and had to ask 3 times for the other table setting. My steak came out without a steak knife and had to ask 2 times for a knife along with waiting for a long time between asking.The table behind us had good service and we always had to ask her for the items when she finished tending their table because she didn’t bother with our table. The server was clearing plates from the table behind me and dropped a dirty fork on my shoulder and arm that left food residue on me along with no apology she was on her way and left me cleaning my shirt and arm. She also would not clear our table until we had to pile the dishes up to accept new plates coming out. The empty drink ice would be melted before we received a new drink. The 97.00 tip/ 20% gratuity added to our check should have been 3% and that would have been free A+ for effort . I think that the larger tables have an automatic gratuity included so the servers do not spend time working those tables the already have their tip. I’m very disappointed. We were never rude and always order drinks many appetizers and usually extra entrees along with desserts. We skipped the dessert to get out of there. The restaurant use to be a lot better than this. The owners I know personally and are great people. I feel that they need to look into the management and staff something is badly off. Had things Been different she would have received 150.00/200.00 from us. I’m not writing this restaurant off it will be a while before I try it again. Normally our experience for two is excellent .

My favorite Sunday night place! You’ll love the great food at this restaurant, which is only fit past by the great service of the staff there. Becca was my server at the bar, fantastic drinks, and great professional service!

Our server Jesse was excellent! I reserved the end of Lover's lane three weeks prior to November 2, 2024 because it was my husband Greg's birthday. When we arrived promptly @ 5 the hostess said we had to change your reservation as a couple was having their anniversary and reserved the Lover's Lane table. The couple did not arrive until we were almost finished our dinner. I do not think this was appropriate at all! After all it was a birthday celebration. Dr. Lorry Redditt Stein
