   Food was delicious , timer perfectly , service could’ve been a little better , I understand it was a busy night, it did feel a little crowded and bunched up , bar is VERY loud , but overall good experience , would love to go again , the food was definitely the overall winner.

   Excellent service! Our waitress was super friendly and offered great service. Food was brunch on a Sunday which we really enjoyed! Downside was that the Dining Points were not quickly posted. It took 3 days to show up (Sunday to Wednesday.) I waited to write the review to make sure points showed up. Had to make a note to myself to follow-up after 7 days if restaurant "forgets" to send in approval to award the points. That's too much attention that I have to put on the job the restaurant should be handling more promptly.

   Great place to go for a Sunday brunch. Food is good, service is great and the location is terrific. Even though it was cool, sitting in the sun and listening to the music (the coco knots were playing) was perfect. We come here frequently and are not disappointed. The only comment is the menu could be updated. The value is great for a relaxing day.

   Terrible service! We waited over 20’min just for water and a drink order! This place is hit or miss for sure.

   We celebrated Thanksgiving with very delicious turkey, ham, and prime rib dinners. Each entree, every side, and dessert was exactly what you would hope it to be, as good or better than home. Service was spot on & even with nearby tables, the noise level was quite comfortable & made it easy to share conversation at our own table. We already appreciated this restaurant with its & location on the harbor, but we love it even more now.

    Reservation was made on line. Received a confirmation request the day before. We were seated immediately, wait staff was immediately taking our order. The food was delivered quickly. Although they were busy, they were very organized. No frantic atmosphere. Very relaxing...and the food was fantastic. Yes, I would recommend Waterside. They seem to have their act together. At least that was the case on thanksgiving.
