Biddenden in Kent is home to a small, family-run restaurant. Housed in a 15th Century weaver's cottage, The West House Restaurant is one of only a few restaurants in Kent to hold a Michelin star.

We’ve been coming to the West House for many years. It never disappoints. Relaxed atmosphere, super friendly and effective service and the food is always amazing. Really enjoyed the taster menu.

We had another excellent meal at the West House. The services is great, very laid back but efficient too. As it it a set menu I often end up with something I wouldn't normally order but I trust Graham's cooking and it is always delicious.

First time dining at The West House. Received a warm and friendly welcome. Although a small space, the tables were positioned well in order to give all diners privacy. The cocktails were very nice and staff were professional. Food was flavoursome and extremely well presented. Personally, I would have preferred some of the food to have been hotter. Will definitely visit again.

We have visited The West House several times before and have never been disappointed. The welcome we experience is always warm and friendly and the staff always remember us, they make us feel like old friends. Their food is always excellent and well balanced.

I don’t think there is a better restaurant around here. The food is absolutely outstanding, and they are very accommodating if you need some variation! Services is outstanding again, every single little touch is just amazing! Wine pairings so well done. I can’t recommend this enough. Thanks for another great night! Steph xxx

A memorable Valentines meal. All six courses were superb and the wines matched them perfectly. The staff were friendly and professional and the atmosphere good. A real gem.

Yet another wonderful meal at the West House. The staff are relaxed and friendly but very efficient. The food is beautifully presented and delicious. We will be back.
