Nice selection of appetisers and mains. The Octopus was especially well executed. Lobster tagliatelle was slightly uneven.

This was such a disappointing experience. We came to the wildflower to host a work Christmas party. Drinks took over 30 minutes and were delivered to guests at staggered times, not to mention two drinks had to be remade. Food also took a long time and was ultimately disappointing especially for the price point. Our server was friendly and apologetic however it didn’t compensate for the overall poor experience and quality of the food.

Excellent service. Good for family with children. Kids enjoyed their food from the kid’s menu. Delicious food from the main menu.

We chose Wildflower to celebrate a special occasion and since we were staying at the Fairmont we trusted this would be a great experience. We arrived and were asked if we were there for any special reason (we told the hostess - and I had written in the booking it was for a career milestone). In the end this question didn't lead anywhere, as I would have expected perhaps congratulations to be written on the dessert or something (which has happened at other restaurants). Or at the very least for the server to comment on it in some way, but that didn't happen. The drinks were delicious but took very long to arrive. I asked for slices of lemon for our sparkling water, I had to ask another three times before it arrived. Even though there weren't very many patrons in the restaurant our food was very delayed in arriving. The server apologized to my husband but did not speak to the table. I actually had to ask for the dessert menu when the two servers were busy talking to each other (I am guessing they were getting ready to close the restaurant rather than helping the customers who were still there). Not every one we encountered gave bad service but overall we were very disappointed. The food was exceptional but the lack of service really ruined the whole experience.
