Our server and the host made sure we had everything we could possibly want. They gave us tips on things to do and see on our holiday. Food, atmosphere and decor are superb

We had such a wonderful experience here. Not only was the food and service excellent, but the staff was incredibly accommodating to my husbands nut allergies- they prepared us an entirely nut free high tea, and communicated with us every step of the way. Highly reccomend to anyone with food allergies!

Average food, the classic porridge was poor quality and the portion was too big and over facing, no toppings offered upon ordering either. Service very average, had to keep looking around for a waiter to flag down. Overall extremely average compared to other breakfast options in the surrounding area.

Had a great afternoon tea with my family. The food and drinks were all very delicious! They made sure to check in on us, asked if we wanted and refills and also gave great recommendations! I would definitely recommend here for a good afternoon tea.

Food cold. Staff rushed off their feet, but attentive. Difficult to relax.

Had a afternoon tea set and a cream tea set in here. Good service, you can refill your tea, sandwich and scones for free. The scone is very good with the spreads. They will also refill the cream and jam if you order a refill of scone. A bit pricey but comparing to the other afternoon tea venue is relatively reasonable.
