We dined at the H10 hotel Waterloo on Valentines evening as we were having a two-day break in London. We were extremely disappointed by the quality of the food and also the very inflated price we paid. I ordered the seafood paella and my partner ordered swordfish. We were informed that it was cooked fresh and the wait would be longer which we didn't mind. However when I received my paella (on an extremely hot griddle) there were 4 prawns and some very small pieces of fish and the rice was literally stuck to the griddle -no sign of any mussels which I thought were one of the main ingredients? My partner's fish was cold. We were hungry and did not want to complain so we ate our meal but did take off the service charge (which was discretionary) and explained why. I must comment that our total stay with the H10 was exceptionally good apart from this meal which was so disappointing. The breakfast was exceptional and the quality of the service and friendliness of the staff was exemplary. It was such a shame that our visit was marred by the Valentines meal in their restaurant.

Cortesia e professionalità del personale. Cibo ottimo e genuino. Prezzi buoni, speso 50 sterline a testa per antipasti e paella. Porzioni abbondanti.

Friendly staff and great atmosphere. We even got a free glass of champagne becuase it was our anniversary.

Food was really bad. My fish was over cooked and very salty. It looked it’s been just defrosted and not very fresh.

The food is delicious! Our family had enjoyed the dinner on X’mas there in London which is the only few restaurants open on that day!

Frozen croquettes, really bad wine menu, and burned stake. Really not up to Spanish standards. The waiters were amazing though, really good service.
