   We celebrated our 30th anniversary at Queen's Landing. Lucas our server was excellent, very personable and funny! Dinner was great!

   Superb! The buffet was one of the best we have experienced. High quality with astounding variety. The views and ambience were fantastic and the gentleman who served us (he could only be called a gentleman) was attentive, personable and gracious.

   We have been dining at Tiara for a few years now as part of our anniversary weekend away. In prior years, the food has been outstanding. However this year, we found the new menu not as good as prior years. As part of our stay package, we had the 3 course meal. Our appetizers were ok. My husband had the crispy pawns which he said were just a little over battered and there wasn't enough of the spicy mayo that accompanied the dish. I had the PEI mussles and for some reason, it tasted as if the broth was burnt. The mussels themselves we cooked wonderfully, as long as I didn't dip them too much in the wine sauce. Our mains were better. Husband had the Steak and Potato dish, cooked medium rare like he requested and a side of the shrimp scampi. I had the Game Hen and the portion was good as well as the sides. However if found it just too salty. Not sure if the hen was seasoned before being wrapped in the prosciutto, or if the saltiness of the prosciutto overpowered the hen, but after a few bites, it was just too salty for me to continue with. Shame really, as I like game hen. The desserts were good. Recommended by our server, we got the Vanilla Cheesecake Crème Brûlée and the Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse, both which were good. Overall, compared to our prior experience with Tiara, we found this experience lacked the quality and delicious food we had come to expect from the Tiara. Not sure if it's a new chef of the new menu, but there could be definite improvements.

   I didn’t give this all 5 stars for the food because I ordered the seafood pasta and the pasta was starchy and the added lobster was mushy. I would not get it again. However the Arctic Car was outstanding along with the side of broccolini. The dessert was also fantastic. Lucas our sever was fantastic and the ambiance was fantastic. We would definitely go back.

   This is a fabulous venue for a special celebration :-) went out for dinner with friends between two birthdays and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening, start to finish. Rose was our server and was absolutely fantastic. Attentive and friendly, but never in our faces, helpful with any of our questions and offered recommendations ... and just a delight! Food was 10/10, ambiance with the gorgeous fireplaces was appreciated on a chilly evening. Tenderloin, salads, desserts did not disappoint. We would recommend :)
