I made a reservation for a party of four for teppanyaki and while we were seated a bit early, we ended up waiting 20 minutes past our reservation time for another party to join us at the same table. However, that party never showed up, so we had the table to ourselves. Though we were eager to see the grill in action, we passed the time with drinks and appetizers. The Mala Hot and Sour Chili Oil Dumplings were bursting with spice and flavor, especially paired with the miso dipping sauce, while the Tuna Crisp was a light and refreshing bite. For the main event, I opted for the steak and shrimp hibachi combo, complete with a salad and a savory wonton soup. Our chef nailed the cooking--perfectly prepared rice, vegetables, and proteins, all while keeping us entertained with great conversation. The vibe was lively, with neighboring tables enjoying their meals just as much. I want to highlight the professionalism of the staff. They kept us updated on the other party situation, made sure our cups were never empty, and checked in to ensure everything was to our liking. Overall, the experience was fantastic--friendly staff, a clean atmosphere, and a lot of fun. I'll definitely be back and maybe for the traditional dining experience!
