   My husband, our friend and myself had a wonderful experience tonight. Our server, Garrett, was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive throughout the evening. He’s the best! Mahalo!

   Dine here occasionally because it’s convenient but always have to sort of grin and bear it. The food is very average but waitstaff are very friendly and work hard. We were surprised the asst. manager tried to clear entree plates while one person was still eating - that is poor service and major faux pas of Proper Dining Service 101. Our actual server was wonderful. Food was very slow to arrive - we only ordered entrees and were there almost 2 hours. No bread anymore - that used to be so nice. No Key Lime Pie. Noise level is off-the-charts loud. Proceed with caution.

   Tommy Bahama is one of our favorites on the island and anywhere frankly. always good food and great vibe. Our favorite server is David and he is always good. He was not working this night but our server was also great. She was very experienced and knew the restaurant well. Helped us be creative.

   Consistently great food at all of the Tommy Bahama restaurants. This was no exception. Ambience was fantastic. How could it not be; we are in Hawaii. Our server, Jeff, was fantastic- cordial, funny, attentive and helpful. We’ll be back

   This is our favorite chain of great restaurants. We’ve been to Kauai, NYC, and Oahu locations and they never disappoint. Our friends are converts too.

   I had the Thai shrimp and scallop entree and my wife had the steak salad, both of which were excellent. I thought the pina colada cake dessert was pretty skimpy in size compared to what we have received in other Tommy B’s but it was delicious, as usual.

   Good food and excellent service from Franklin. Prompt but not rushed at all. Manager stopped by to check on everything. Very nice touch in a resort environment.
