   Very cute inside. They had a ukulele player singing songs. That was lovely. But it was so loud. It was very hard to hear even across the table. They need to do something about the noise level!

   Tina was a great server, especially bc the place was so busy by 5:30. She brought more water for me before I asked for more, noticing my glass was empty and making sure no ice went in it, and she found time to laugh at my husband's banter! The sound level is always an issue for TB if you get there after 5:30. Otherwise first rate food. Presentation could be a bit enhanced, as several plates lacked color contrast. Flavors of everything were splendid. This is one of the most reliably excellent restaurants on the island.

   My husband, our friend and myself had a wonderful experience tonight. Our server, Garrett, was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive throughout the evening. He’s the best! Mahalo!

   The service is always excellent. We come here whenever we visit the Big Island. I have food sensitivities, and they are very helpful at accommodating my needs. The live music is beautiful and the volume just right. All the wait staff is gracious, personable and helpful. The food is great. Everything we ordered last night was fabulous.

   Dine here occasionally because it’s convenient but always have to sort of grin and bear it. The food is very average but waitstaff are very friendly and work hard. We were surprised the asst. manager tried to clear entree plates while one person was still eating - that is poor service and major faux pas of Proper Dining Service 101. Our actual server was wonderful. Food was very slow to arrive - we only ordered entrees and were there almost 2 hours. No bread anymore - that used to be so nice. No Key Lime Pie. Noise level is off-the-charts loud. Proceed with caution.

   Tommy Bahama is one of our favorites on the island and anywhere frankly. always good food and great vibe. Our favorite server is David and he is always good. He was not working this night but our server was also great. She was very experienced and knew the restaurant well. Helped us be creative.

   Consistently great food at all of the Tommy Bahama restaurants. This was no exception. Ambience was fantastic. How could it not be; we are in Hawaii. Our server, Jeff, was fantastic- cordial, funny, attentive and helpful. We’ll be back
