   So disappointing! We dine here frequently when visiting and sadly the food has gone downhill! 4 meals all terrible. The server did not ask why none of us finished our food…like they knew it was bad and I should also note that my glass of wine was 10$ more than the same glass at a better restaurant on 5th Ave.

   We have been dining at this restaurant since 1998. Service is always excellent but last night the food was less than stellar. Drinks are always great so no need to mention. Coconut shrimp didn’t taste fresh, nor did the crab on the avocado crab salad. (Please go back to leaving the crab in the center versus mixing it all in with the lettuce and dressing. The presentation looks awful all mixed up.) Lastly, please ditch the sample desert platter that your servers need to bring to each table. alternatively, create a dessert menu. And please, change the dessert choices. TB has had the same desserts for years! Let’s try something new and more appealing! Seed to Table has a coconut rice pudding that is ahhhmazing! How about a pairing with an espresso martini with macadamia biscotti or a hot coffee/cappuccino with one. Just suggestions!

   Had a great birthday dinner with friends tonight! Service and food were both great! Enjoyed the heat lamp/fire towers given we were having a cool snap in Naples!

   This is my favorite place to have lunch in Naples. The food is very good and the ambiance is very nice. Roberto, our waiter, has taken care of us before and he always excels at service and friendliness. They were understaffed today but he never sacrificed his service for the three of us. A++ for him! Many need more like him. My only recommendation is for the two hostesses that are upfront. Can they make people feel welcome? My God, a simple smile goes a long way! Not even while sitting us the young lady said a word like “enjoy your meal.” Not even a reply when I thank her to show us our table. Wrong job for her. The rest, excellent! I’ll keep coming back. Let’s see if the hostesses learn to smile by then.

    Disappointed on the lunch menu changes.. no more Cuban sandwich. 2 mahi tacos instead of 3 and they no longer come with the plantains. still a very good restaurant.
