   Walked in to the bartenders throwing rag’s back and forth over the bar. Served a martini with no olives because they were “out”. Fish taco’s had so much mayo in them we couldn’t eat them. Served a half portion of guacamole ,,,, sent that back as well. HORRIBLE Christmas Eve dinner, will never go back, absolutely unacceptable. Had to stack dirty glasses on the windowsill because they didn’t pick up the empty glasses. Asked for lemons, never got them….really sad

   Early Christmas Eve dinner. What a pleasant surprise. So relaxing, attentive staff, great feed….just what we needed and more. Tommy Bahama never disappoints.

   We had a lovely peaceful dinner at this restaurant., this is the second time we have chosen to Cerebrate our Early Christmas dinner here and we will do it again next year. This way we have great food and service without noisy crowds .

   Our lunch started out with a disappointment when we learned the restaurant has removed the filet tacos and plantains from the menu. Two of our favorite things. That wasn't our server's fault. What was her fault is that it took literally 30 minutes to get warm bread to the table. This after being told that it was "in the oven" and would be " a few minutes". A few minutes later, we watched every other table get bread. I finally had to stand up and find the hostess . She said it was in the oven and would be a few minutes. But the bread eventually did show up and it was delicious. So were the cocktails. The Ahi Tuna Cobb did NOT have any mixed greens, even though those are included in the description. It was just a soba noodle salad. The crispy chicken sandwich was overcooked. We ordered a slice of pina colada cake to go and key lime pie arrived instead. So I think we're through coming here. I'm only in town twice a year, and it's just doesn't make the cut anymore. If you live here and are shopping in Kierland, it's a decent place to get a bite if you don't expect too much.

   We received the annual promotion from the retail store for $50.00 off of $100.00. Unfortunately we lost our card. The restaurant directed us to the retail store for help. They had NO information on us to help us out. When we went to the restaurant we were 2 couples sitting at the same table. We asked for separate checks and wanted 2 gift cards to be applied ( the other couple had 2) and they said we were only allowed to use 1 card even with us receiving separate checks. The manager did accommodate us as we explained if we were sitting at two different tables, they would have accepted the cards. We appreciate his assistance. The food was delicious as always. HOWEVER, our waiter brought the appetizers with the food! He offered no bread until we asked, he forgot the ice for the martini and he rang up our bills incorrectly. He was not attentive at all...maybe he was new staff. If that is the case, better training is warranted.
