Originaire de la région du lac de Côme, dans le nord de l'Italie, Dario Bordoli a bien sûr grandement inspiré le menu ainsi que l'atmosphère de la Trattoria Dario. Vous bénéficierez d'un service à la fois haut de gamme, professionnel, amical et souple. Le chef Mathew Pope officie aux fourneaux, lui qui s'est taillé un nom au sein de The Tides, autre restaurant parmi les meilleurs de Vero, avant de rejoindre l'équipe de Dario. Matt met l'accent sur la fraîcheur et l'origine locale, particulièrement les fruits de mer et les ingrédients. Our waiter was so welcoming and didn’t rush us. We enjoyed our cocktail and burrata appetizer & fresh bread. Then we ordered our meals. 2 had the veal chop special and it was delicious. I had the carbonara and it is always wonderful.

Dario’s never fails to deliver excellent service, good value and delicious food! Dario cares about his guests and provides a superb dining experience . Our server was Derrick who has taken care of us many times over the years. Derrick has the knack of being being efficient, caring and always takes the time to be sure you have a wonderful dining experience. My husband and I highly recommend Dario’s! You won’t be disappointed!

A group of girlfriends has happy hour in the bar area at one of the high tops, always great food and drinks, service terrific.

We decided to come back after not having great service a few months ago and were very pleased and impressed with our server Vernon. He was very attentive and pleasant. 5 stars for Vernon! Our food was prepared perfectly as well.

Everything was awesome except the noise level. Unable to hear the person you are dining with. I’d use ear plugs to block out the crowd but then you’d really be incapable of hearing the person you are actually trying to communicate with. Such a same, will try dining outside next time.

The food, atmosphere and service is always great. We go here often and never have a bad experience. Would recommend this restaurant for any occasion.

Groper was very fresh and prepared to perfection. Calamari was fresh and tender, very good but wish it included tentacles. Bread was crusty and tender inside with lovely flavored olive oil. Chicken parmigiana was tender, crusty coating, ample portion and flavorful sauce. Beggars Purse supper yummy. Best Caesar salad ever! Donnie, our server was friendly, attentive and accommodating. Other staff kept water glasses full. Comfortable booth, fresh starched table cloths. Restaurant was very clean and fresh. Rest rooms clean. Pricey, but everywhere is. Was a little noisy, but every table was full and people were enjoying themselves. Our new Vero Beach favorite!! We will be back.
