Originaire de la région du lac de Côme, dans le nord de l'Italie, Dario Bordoli a bien sûr grandement inspiré le menu ainsi que l'atmosphère de la Trattoria Dario. Vous bénéficierez d'un service à la fois haut de gamme, professionnel, amical et souple. Le chef Mathew Pope officie aux fourneaux, lui qui s'est taillé un nom au sein de The Tides, autre restaurant parmi les meilleurs de Vero, avant de rejoindre l'équipe de Dario. Trattoria Dario is a favorite and on this visit we shared it with new friends who also greatly enjoyed the experience. We received excellent service from Joe, our favorite server, and the food was outstanding as usual. So nice to be able to count on a top notch dining experience every time we go.

I had the grouper special and Cheryl had her Chicken Marsala. Both were spectacular as was our greeting from Dario.
