                                                                      The three-course New Year's Eve menu was brilliant. For my first course, I chose the Kale and Brussels Sprout Caesar Salad. Among the options offered, it was my favorite. The entree was Faroe Island Salmon with the Cuban Rice Lentils. I had to ask for a side of bread because when I arrived for dinner. I had not eaten all day (not a wise choice on my part). I did not want to imbibe on an empty stomach. The bread was scrumptious. What pleased me also, was the butter too was warm. It is always a curiosity to me why more restaurants do not serve butter that can be easily spread upon their delicious bread. Why serve a cold pad of butter when it destroys the bread upon which it is meant to be pleasingly eaten? The flourless chocolate cake came home with me as I was sated after my meal. Devon and Anna were lovely caretakers during my meal as were the people I met in the restaurant. Taek, the kind and generous owner, made my night a memorable experience. I will go back to Tryst anytime I visit Arlington. Bravo and thank you. What a delightful way to begin the New Year.

                                                                      It was a crowded Friday night, but we really enjoyed our meals. Deanna managed everything perfectly - the epitome of a perfect waitperson! Tryst has become our go-to restaurant.

Waitress was lovely and helpful, and when we were splitting dishes, they came out of the kitchen in separate plates, with lovely presentation. Beet salad was excellent, as was the burger. Wish there were more beers on tap, but the selection of local brews was great. Altogether a lovely evening and fine meal.

                                                                      Our server was terrific. Some of the food was terrific -- the bacon, crispy potatoes, pancakes. The fritatta was so-so, bland, could have used a punchier cheese or something. Overall it was a good experience. The restaurant is lovely. We will be returning. Thank you.
