Situé au premier étage du centre commercial Mall of America, le Twin City Grill est un grill américain proposant une cuisine réconfortante dans un cadre chaleureux, idéal pour une pause après une séance de shopping. Rendez-vous au bar pour l'Happy Hour autour d'une bière artisanale de la région, d'un cocktail classique au shaker ou d'un verre de vin choisi parmi nos 20 crus. Bad service plus bad hygiene plus petrified chicken = no thanks. First it took a really long time to get our drinks. 10-15 minutes. Then the chicken on my salad was completely overcooked to the point of being hard and petrified. Food was mid and service was poor. I could see the servers standing around chatting instead of helping people so it’s not because they didn’t have the help. Then we went in the bathroom and two of the three women stalls didn’t have toilet paper, and there was no soap! A worker was in there, and we pointed this out to her, and she just rinsed her hands and left. She did not acknowledge our comments at all or say yep I’m gonna handle it. Won’t go there again. just too many substandard things.

Amazing food and service. Extremely loud, but to be expected given the theme park and children around.

Decided to have an early dinner after shopping at MOA on Valentine's Day. We were greeted and seated at a booth and received water right away. Waiter offered suggestions from the menu. We received our ordered drinks and ordered our food. My husband ordered a salad which he never received. The food ordered was fine (just burger and chicken sandwich). Service was slow even though there were many employees working in the restaurant.

We always eat at the Twin Cities Grill when we come to the MOA! Always a great meal and service.

Our entire group enjoyed our meals, and the service was good. It was my mother's birthday and they brought out a complimentary brownie. It was a thoughtful touch that made the celebration even more special. If you're looking for a solid sit-down meal at the mall, I would definitely recommend this place.

Always consistent food. The service on the weekend is not great due to staffing. Still, this is a good restaurant.

Repeat Customer here. We always sit in Jenny's section- she is The BEST! Today we had cocktails (Espresso & Lemon Drop Tinis) split a Wedge Salad (TCG has the best Blue Cheese!) & French Dip w/French Fries. Absolutely perfect! Jenny is Bartender Extraordinaire & excellent Server; she Rocks!👍

The service was attentive as usual, you always feel taken care of. Good menu options, too. A great place to meet for lunch or dinner at MOA!
