Located in Uptown, the third location of Uchi made its debut in 2015. Melding the best offerings of Chef Tyson Cole’s first three restaurants (Uchi Austin, Uchiko, and Uchi Houston), the menu includes hot and cold tastings, makimono, yakimono, tempura, sushi, and sashimi. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

    Uchi has a great ambiance and interior decor to create a unique and cozy dining experience. Our server made great recommendations and expertly explained a somewhat complicated menu. Striped sea bass and chicken karage were standouts as well as the fried milk for dessert. The only hiccup was the otoro nigri, which was uncharacteristically chewy and unpleasant. Overall Uchi is a great upscale place for couples or small groups.

    Uchi made THE BEST sushi that I have ever had in my 42 years on this earth! Our waitress Amanda was super nice and helpful during our dining experience.

    Outstanding experience- the service, the food, the ambience. Highly recommend. Would definitely go back, especially for the rigatoni w/vodka sauce. Delicious.

    Flavors were all over the place from the drinks to the dishes. Even the classic dishes were over seasoned or overcooked. Unfortunate as we love coming here

    Bbq flavor overkill. Omakase menu was disappointing. Excellent server but the meal itself was poorly executed and offered enough value for money to offend.
