   This was our first time here, and while the place looks great, the service didn’t quite meet expectations. They run out of OJ during Sunday brunch (even though there’s a Target right across the street), didn’t have coffee clean coffee cups to server coffee. Plus, no toothpicks even though they serve steak. The food was good but nothing to rave about. The crab cake was very good. The calamari was good quality but a bit greasy, and the breading didn’t hold up well. Maybe dinner service is better, but brunch felt a little off. Overall was just an OK experience, mainly due to small things that seem like easy fixes.

   They should change the name of restaurant. Cork tree does not apply to American cuisine

   We had a table for 10. One of our guests is particularly adept at barbeque (has his own rub bottled and throws a client BBQ at his office every year), and likes to visit restaurants and rate them, had a steak - and said it was in his top three best EVER.

   I knew in advance that their menu had changed. It's no longer tapas based, however there is a good selection. I had a burger with fries and my companions had butternut squash soup. The burger was good, the fries were very good and my friends said that the butternut squash soup was excellent. Our server Paul was great. We will return.

   This was one of our favorite restaurants, was very surprised to see the entire menu has changed under new management. Previous menu and tapas theme was much better, much fewer choices now across the menu. Wine list is gone, as are most of our favorite dishes. Not sure why such a drastic change was needed. Not sure if we'll be back.

   The restaurant staff was very shorthanded, however, those who were there were awesome. They made what could have been an unpleasant experience very pleasant.

    Very disappointing. The menu has changed and now it is a standard American menu with simple steak and burgers and the classic salmon. Nothing stands out anymore vs the Mediterranean menu they had before. Will never go back after being there regularly the last year.

    Thank you for your review. After 8 years of our Spanish menu, we had to make the difficult decision to rebrand. In spite of our best efforts the laws of supply and demand took over. We are the same people as before with the goal of providing great food, drinks, service, and atmosphere. Many of the tapas dishes from the prior menu are disguised as starters, seasonal vegetables, and side items. Each of these are large enough to share and many have opted to dine that way, a hybrid scenario. We considered changing the name of the restaurant, but the popular vote amongst our team was to change the menu and keep the name because of our philanthropic reputation in the community.
