Standing out like a fresh tattoo on a burly forearm, The Vault Restaurant serves mouth-watering martinis, delicious wines and fabulous food including Steaks, fresh Seafoods and gourmet Pastas. For those of you craving something casual we also have Burgers, Tacos and a fun kids menu.

Once inside, you will be greeted by an eclectic, lively room, a diverse menu and tantalizing cocktails, including “the best Caesar in town.” First built in 1948, The Vault retains many of its original features, including the concrete bank vault.

Outside the private vault, guests are seated in the restaurant’s lounge or dining room, surrounded by an eclectic décor, including bicycle frames, ornate mirrors and a tiki lounge! The funky style combined with live jazz or blues music and you’ve got yourself a hip and quirky restaurant, with a cool, laissez-faire vibe. The Vault’s diverse menu features Northwest cuisine, offering dishes that are simple, yet rich in flavour.

    Really liked the food and ambience. Service was outstanding. It was pricey and there wasn't alot of food in regards to the Lobster Ravioli but the burger was huge. If you know what to expect then you will have a great time.

    First timers, Birthday dinner for wife. She ordered the seafood penne and unfortunately did not bring her reading glasses to see that it was with jelopino and it was quite hot to the tongue for her. Would go again but avoid that dish, for her. The other meals were delicious.

    The spicy chicken burger (lettuce wrapped) was not spicy at all…tasted very plain with 1 added pickle and 1 added tomato. It was flat and the lettuce was soggy on my plate. My husbands prime rib burger was a prime rib pattie. Not a true prime rib burger.

    We received our food quickly. Had a relaxed meal and enjoyed the atmosphere. Saw that bread was offered as an add-0n for $1.99. Fresh and warm a great addition to your meal.

    Very lovely ambience. The Christmas decorations made for a visually quaint Seasons Greetings! Had the seafood soup, it was wonderful! My husband had the Seafood stew and he loved it. Haven’t been to Vault in years and I really think they are still the best go to in Cloverdale.

    I have enjoyed eating here in the past, but was not impressed this time. The restaurant seemed overpacked and extremely loud. The service was slow, and the food was mediocre. Not sure I’d return.

    Food was amazing. we had two orders of steaks (different entree), rib and salmon entrees. all of them were prepared properly. Appies were good, but i would like more seasoning on the shrimp.
