   Ruby, new waitress was the best we had in all our stay at Snowmass. We went to many places but no place had as good service as Ruby’s. Thank you!

   Hard to get a table anywhere else in snowmass. Food is slightly above average, staff is great

   The burritos were very good, however the enchiladas weren’t very good. Staff member was a bit rude during payment and could have been a bit politer.

   The food is great here but every time we come, the menu gets more expensive, the portions get smaller and now everything is pretty much a la carte. For example, you used to get free chips and salsa, rice and beans with entrees, etc. Now you have to pay more money for a smaller sized entree and even more if you want to add the a la cart sides of rice and beans. The nickle and diming leaves a bad taste.

   Restaurant was closed even though I made a reservation. I saw some workers inside the restaurant who saw me waiting outside of the restaurant but no one even came by to explain that they were closed for the season.

There was an oversight in updating our reservation system regarding our seasonal closure, and we will ensure this doesn't happen again.    Delicious dinner, great drinks and a fun atmosphere right by the gondola! My husband and I spent our 1 year anniversary dinner here and it was the best!! Such kind staff also!

   Shrimp fajitas were seasoned nicely and the plantains are amazing—best I’ve ever had! Friendly, prompt service and nice ambiance. Highly recommend!

    We were the only couple in the restaurant as the summer season is winding down in Snowmass. We were greeted promptly and our service was excellent. Our server was prompt, efficient and attentive. We were able to sit outside and take in the views while Latin music played in the background. This place is very clean, has a fully stocked bar, nice people and wonderful food.
