Lovely Sunday lunch. Great menu choice, very good service and food was absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful meal with outstanding service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who made us very welcome. The restaurant has a very nice bar; comfortable, with a good range of drinks. Lovely atmosphere quiet and ideal to spend time drinking and chatting with a friend.

The food was lovely couldn't fault it. The service was somewhat slow Asked for an extra pot of tea didn't get it. But we would book this venue again

Overall we really enjoyed our meal, I would say it was fair value and good quality. Our server Geraldine was polite, friendly and attentive throughout, the food was nice, we did have to wait a considerable time for desert, not sure why exactly, it was only a cheesecake, but seemed to take far longer than the main meal. The setting was lovely, Art Deco vibe with a relaxing ambiance, it was quiet due to the time of day (early meal due to an evening engagement) but this suited us, I would definitely go back and would recommend a meal here.

Food excellent. Staff Excellent. Difficulty at sorting the bill. Bill produced not showing discount offered. Long delay at getting it recalculated. Otherwise a good experience,

The food was excellent and nicely presented. The cod dish I had was one of the best fish dishes I have had. Staff friendly and attentive and overall a very pleasant experience.

It is all to easy to respond to feedback requests by giving 5 stars. In this case however there was no exaggeration. For the Tuesday steak night my wife had sirloin and I had rib-eye steak. Mine was the best I have had for many a year. Service was welcoming and attentive. The evident concern was that we should enjoy ourselves. This target was well met. Then came the dessert. Wow ... chocolate fondant. A real pleasure. Thank you all for making our short stay just what we wanted. We definitely plan to revisit in the not to distant future.

I enjoyed the cream tea, and the staff were great. However, the sandwiches were stale, the scones tasteless and dry, and the trays were cracked, which detracted from the overall experience.

An excellent lunch in a well appointed restaurant within an "art deco" hotel. The food and service was extremely good - the price was really quite reasonable. I was lucky to find a parking space in the hotel, bearing in mind its superb position overlooking the sea. Having enjoyed coffee by the swimming pool, my guests and I all agreed to return ! Fantastic !
