    The service was non-existent, and we received a bill with an 18% service charge, which did not even include a tip yet. We were not staying at the hotel and had been diners during Christmas the past three Christmases. We will never return. The server we had finally appeared 15 minutes after we were seated, only after we waved her over. She brought drinks to us, then she never came back. At times there were dirty dishes sitting for a long time at the table, not being cleared. She stood over at a register/computer after taking the bills over to patrons, and she acted as though when she picked them up she was checking to see what her tip was each time. She barely waited on the tables, just standing at her spot. Everyone except one of the chefs and the seating hostess did not speak any clear English or any English at all, so we barely could communicate with the staff for anything we needed, including our assigned server. There was no turkey station for carved turkey like there was the year before; the turkey roulade at the buffet line was dried out...terrible. In short, our food was about average, the service was not available, and the staff was not acceptable. I would have enjoyed dining at Cracker Barrel more.

    We wanted somewhere special to have Christmas meal despite the outrageous price and we were served by scrooges. Started at valet where we were ignored, then the hostess stand where we were also ignored while she chatted with someone she knew. The server was the worst! Barely acknowledged us, we had to ask if we just help ourselves to the buffet, and then we had to go to her to get more drinks, one of which never came. She had no idea how to smile, that’s for sure. The food was mediocre at best, mostly cold, and unless you love fish, very limited on options. The only friendly people were the ones clearing the table. We spent 3 times more on this experience than it was worth. The auto tip was ridiculous. We even heard one couple ask our server to take it off their bill because she didn’t deserve it. We should have done the same! Never again, should have stayed home, so disappointing. Definitely not the special Christmas meal we were hoping for.

    The Teddy Bear Tea was by far the best event! Our girls loved it and the staff and chef did a really great job navigating our food allergies! I am so glad we were able to attend this truly special Christmas event.

    We arrived with a reservation and no host / hostess in sight. Waited 10 minutes and finally went into the restaurant to find someone to help. Finally seated 20 minutes late. No apology. There was a party of about 20 there taking up all the resources, very loud. The food we ate was tasty but they were effectively shutting down which is weird for a Sunday - I don't feel like 11:30 is very late for Sunday brunch. Not what it used to be.

    Went for teddy bear tea. The savory food was inedible. It tasted so bad and the bread was hard. It was like they made it the day before and left it out all day. The grilled cheese was hard, cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. When you are paying $175 for a child and 2 adults you would expect a little better quality. The tea selection was poor and they never came back to offer more tea or water. An event like this has such potential but they completely missed the mark. Way overpriced for what you get.

    Worst tea experience I have ever had, they told grilled cheese is meant to be served cold and quiche should still be frozen…. Seriously terrible.
