    Our exclusive Seven-course High Roller menu will feature tableside salad and dessert service as well as paired wines and exquisite appetizers and entrees. This will take place in our Black Diamond Lounge in front of live jazz music. Music will be performed between 6:00 - 9:00. Only five reservations are available at specific start times. We may ask you to move your reservation 15 minutes for a higher quality experience. Expect a dining time of 2.5 - 3 hours for this exclusive dining experience. See attached menu in photos. This intimate experience is for parties of two only. Contact us PRIOR to making a reservation if you have an allergy to any menu items.

    Introducing our tasting menu for Spring 2025. Sample bites of appetizer and entree items that may be introduced on our standard Vernon's Speakeasy menu or on an upcoming event menu. Your feedback will help us choose future menus. The menu is set so no need to choose, you'll receive each item on the menu. This set menu does not offer substitutions. This is not a normal Vernon's Speakeasy dining experience so expect a more efficient dining time of 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. Please make a standard reservation to access our full menu. No refunds available. Limited seating available. Available ONLY on Wednesday and Thursday through April 17, 2025

    The sea bass was the best we ever tasted. The prime rib was thinly cut with a ton of fat, and probably the worst I’ve ever had. Certainly not worth the high price tag. I don’t mind paying for really good food, but don’t waste your money on the prime rib. Enjoyed the “door” entertainment. Waitstaff was amazing too. For a speakeasy and an experience, beyond the door, very disappointing. Drinks were awesome!

    First time at this restaurant after hearing high reviews. The experience was amazing and the food was excellent. My husband and I had separate entrees because of how we preferred our steak cooked. The staff made the experience very enjoyable. We sat by the band and music fit the atmosphere. I would definitely go back.

    Tommy working the door was awesome. Kai was attentive and helpful. Sean took our evening to the next level with service. His suggestions were amazing and very delicious. Santo made sure we were having a blast. Thank you for an amazing night.

    I took my 15 yo daughter just so she could experience Vernon’s. Our server Sean was amazing and the restaurant did not disappoint. Such a special evening we will both always remember.

    The atmosphere of Vernon’s, is quiet, with the perfect level of low light yet comfortable ambience. The service is top notch, with knowledgeable staff, that caters to any occasion as well as any specific needs/allergies. Our server Giuseppe was Fantastic, he was helpful but not overbearing and able to answer any questions we had. The food was also 10/10 fantastic! I would recommend this establishment to anyone wondering if it is worth it, it absolutely is!

    Oh my gosh, this was a wonderful experience from the moment you walk in the door. Fabulous wine list to pair with perfectly prepared food. Highly recommend for any time any occasion.

    One of the most amazing local experiences in New Mexico. If we have a special occasion, visitors from out of town or just a night out it is one of our go to's! The service is outstanding the food is amazing and the entire speakeasy vibe is so fun and cool! A must visit local steak house!!!
