   Overpriced for what you get. Nothing has flavor and I’m almost positive they use instant mashed potatoes in a $60 dish. Service was slow and lacking hospitality. Won’t be back.

   My best friend and I went for a girls weekend. We heard the restaurant had really good food which it did. However, I’m disappointed in the service. We got there 30 minutes prior to our reservation so we decided to get a cocktail at the bar. The bartender was very curt when taking our order. She was the same way with the other patrons as well. We paid our bill and went to our table. The waiter was pleasant. He took our drink order and arrived shortly after with bread and took our entree orders. Thirty-five minutes later, we had not received our cocktails. My friend asked the waiter to check on our order and came back stating our drinks would be ready soon. Five-ten minutes later after still not receiving our drinks, I went upstairs to the bar and brought back two cocktails. By then, our drinks had arrived only after my friend asked to speak with the manager. The manager actually made our drinks. The food was great and I hate to give such a low overall experience due to service. From a business standpoint, alcohol is a money maker for a restaurant. They lost sales due to slow service and staff with bad attitudes.

   The atmosphere and food were good. Our waiter was pleasant but largely absent. The restaurant was not crowded or understaffed. Service was incredibly slow, and the waiter was not familiar with the menu. At least one other wait staff could not answer a question because it was their first day. A member of my party’s steak was overcooked. I expected a better experience considering the cost of everything on the menu.

   Disappointing as I was not expecting a buffet breakfast. That was not advertised. I would have preferred a selection of the menu advertised.

   $40 for a buffet breakfast that served nothing but your typical hotel breakfast.. .definitely not worth it. Nothing stood out..

   The food took well over an hour and a half to come out after waiting 20 minutes past reservation time to be seated. We had left after being told our food had nog been started yet and the one appetizer we did receive contained an allergen that was told to the host and listed in the reservation notes. Great place but the staff wasn’t able to accommodate

   Terrible pricing. 20% Gratuity included and you can still tip afterwards. My bill was $200, not bad for a Lamb Shank, Coq Qa Vine, and a dessert with a appetizer. What im annoyed about is the slow service, they didn't even bother providing a menu for wine. Aside from that they would take 5-10 minutes to refill our beverages. And dont bother reserving for Valentine's, you can hardly tell the difference. 2/5

   It seemed there were too few servers to handle the guests. Food prep times were extraordinarily long. Servers explained that the cook staff was short of people and they were responsible for preparing food for the entire hotel. The food tasted great but the experience was regrettable. Our server did the best she could.

   Very understaffed when we went. Took almost 2 hours to get the main course. Our waiter had so many tables we were forgotten about and were one of the last tables there before we got our entree. Food was not great, not worth the price.

    Service was alright food was mediocre at best order steak rare came out medium well. Ordered an appetizer waited 35 minutes waited came back and said they had just run out. Cool place though and if it wasn’t Valentine’s Day and super busy food and service would probably be better.
