Tasting menu from a multi James Beard nominated restaurant; Our menu format is market driven "chef's choice" multi course tasting.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Ocean Springs, Mississippi, our establishment is a cozy historic house converted into a small restaurant. Our capacity allows us to serve a maximum group size of 4 at this time.

Join us in our culinary adventure; Owner chefs Alex (the husband from Mississippi Gulf Coast) and Kumi (the wife from Japan) create menus inspired by the seasons, preservation efforts, and whatever sounds tasty each day for our valued guests. We are a proud supporter of small scale local / regenerative farmers and sustainable seafood industry.

So please, let us cook for you. It is what we do best!

Note: please allocate minimum of two hours for dining. Menu modification due to food allergy may be accommodated with notice in advance (at least 48 hours) when possible, but not guaranteed. We are a small kitchen with shared equipments.

    There was a very Asian flare to all of the items on the menu. The first course was 2 one bite pieces. This were probably the best flavors of the night. The salmon was excellent. Serving the bread in the middle of the night is a refreshing idea. The three types of bread were unique and still warm. One stumble was the duck did not have the fat well rendered and the meat was raw on a couple of pieces. Overall we had an enjoyable night.

    Second year in a row my wife and I have gone for our anniversary and once again… an unparalleled experience. From the food to the experience. I recommend the prix fixe experience to anyone looking to try new, bold flavors.

    By far the best restaurant on the coast for fine dining. The food is not only delicious but as beautiful as works of art. Incredible combinations of ingredients. The wine and drink selections are carefully selected and not your run in the mill choices. The servers are the best. We love this place

    Excellent experience overall. The food was imaginatively prepared and displayed. Each course was explained well. The cocktails and wine were excellent. The service also was top notch. We would definitely go back.

    Vestige raises the level of dining experiences anywhere along the Gulf Coast. The innovative tasting menu is exquisite. The combinations of flavor and presentation are unequalled. Even their cocktails are an art form. This is the place for a sophisticated palate. The serving staff is the best anywhere I have ever dined. And for what you experience when dining at Vestige, their prices are a bargain. Don’t miss Vestige!

    This was our second trip to Vestige and it did not disappoint. It was delicious, and every course offered a different taste. The wait staff was attentive and explained each course. Although expensive, I think that it is a good value considering the caliber of food and the experience

    The dining experience was taken to another level. Mike and Angie, who alternated presenting each course, were very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was outstanding, the fusion of Southern and Japanese cuisine so unique and tasty. My husband and I left the restaurant 109% + satisfied. Thank you all!
