Tasting menu from a multi James Beard nominated restaurant; Our menu format is market driven "chef's choice" multi course tasting.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Ocean Springs, Mississippi, our establishment is a cozy historic house converted into a small restaurant. Our capacity allows us to serve a maximum group size of 4 at this time.

Join us in our culinary adventure; Owner chefs Alex (the husband from Mississippi Gulf Coast) and Kumi (the wife from Japan) create menus inspired by the seasons, preservation efforts, and whatever sounds tasty each day for our valued guests. We are a proud supporter of small scale local / regenerative farmers and sustainable seafood industry.

So please, let us cook for you. It is what we do best!

Note: please allocate minimum of two hours for dining. Menu modification due to food allergy may be accommodated with notice in advance (at least 48 hours) when possible, but not guaranteed. We are a small kitchen with shared equipments.

    I am a local resident. I was lucky enough to grab a last minute reservation and boy was it a treat. I am still pinching myself that we have a dining experience of this caliber in my quaint little beach town in Mississippi. The food was art. Every single bite was incredible. The flavors were a symphony in your mouth. The chef and wait staff are outstanding. The carefully curated art on the walls, potted plants through out the space and fresh florals on each table made you feel like an invited guest in a warm old southern home in the middle of town. A memorable meal that will most definitely keep me coming back.

    Vestige is always outstanding! First time going there since they started the prix fixe menu, and it's even better than I remembered. Excellent choices and ordering of the menu, and that's great when you know you can trust the quality. Drinks were where we could choose, and we had 2 great cocktails and a Japanese whiskey recommended by the server. This is a can't miss dinner at a price point that reflects this is still in a small town. Downtown Ocean Springs is also a great chill setting for your dinner - we could even see some fresh broccoli growing on the windowsill.

    The experience was well worth the money. The food was great and interesting to experience all of the flavors, the service was excellent and the staff was so nice. The atmosphere was cozy and you can see people clearly relaxing and enjoying their time. I would definitely do this again in the future. Highly recommend.

    We have dined from New Orleans to Lyon France . If you’re on the gulf coast and looking for a foodie experience , this husband and wife team have created a unique experience . Reservations are suggested . When i say WOW i mean WOW .
