   Very loud environment with people from bar crowding over us while we ate. Appetizer came out raw (Oysters Rockefeller) so was sent back. Crabcakes were delicious but risotto served on side was overdone and gummy, not edible. Pecan crusted flounder was very good.

   Food was wonderful (tuna special & shrimp & grits)…..Kaleena…great waitress. Seated by kitchen door & hallway to restroom so LOTS of “traffic”. Table wobbly…just kinda aggravating!!!!!! All that said….would go back but ask for different table!!!!!

   Our food was excellent, the service was attentive, and the price was reasonable. I will happily go there again!

   Overall, our dinner was quite good. We had a 9:1p5 reservation. We arrived to the city on a late flight and had called ahead telling the person who answered the phone said that we would be 15 minutes late; they said it would not be a problem. However, we arrived the manager checked us in. There were 4-5 tables next to the window available or a high top table in the bar; he insisted that the other window tables were taken and proceeded to sit us next to a door near the kitchen. We asked to sit near the window and he said no that they were reserved so we sat at a high top table in the bar. He was quite rude. Our waitress and the food were very good. When we were halfway through our dinner, my husband went in the other room to see if those “reserved”tables were taken, and they were all still available. For whatever reason, the manager chose to be rude, difficult and unfriendly. Not someone you want to run your business. We recommend the food and the service but not the manager!!!

   Our waiter Bruce was very kind and our food was delicious. We encountered an incredibly negative staffer named AB who made us feel unwelcome. Apart from his presence, we would return.

   We have mixed reviews on our experience won the ratings are an average. The drinks, salads and biscuits were all amazing. One couple loved their meal (shellfish was fresh, tasty and seasoned nicely) and the other couple did not (way too much garlic on the flounder). The service was very slow. We waited a long time for our meal due to some mix up in the kitchen. No attempt was made to make things right or to ensure our experience improved.

   Truly an excellent dining experience. Just wishing for a larger serving of the entree vegetables that adjoin the meal. We always enjoy this restaurant the two times a year that we visit Savannah. This is the place I always recommend to others.

    The food was amazing. We had fried green tomatoes which were an excellent starter. The crab cakes and salmon were perfect. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
