Vic’s is located in a beautiful old cotton warehouse overlooking the Savannah River and Historic River Street. With entrances on both Bay and River Streets, we are easy to access. Pets are welcomed on our outdoor patio, where guests can dine under centuries-old Live Oaks overlooking Historic Factors Walk. Along with our spectacular views, Vic’s menu reflects Savannah’s Southern charm with our sophisticated take on traditional Southern cuisine and our fresh, local seafood selections.     We both had fried shrimp and it was very good and a large portion. It was all good, the shrimp the potatoes, the slaw and the hush puppies. Service was excellent as well. We’ve been here in years past and it has always been good. Would definitely come back

    Have tried to get in to Vic’s for four years while traveling north to south for the winter. Finally got in. Although it was good, it wasn’t outstanding as we anticipated. There are many restaurants in the area I would say are much better!!

    Always eat here when in Savannah. Love the she crab soup and Crab cakes Had fillet and mahi mahi Wedge salad and good drink menu Highly recommend Also you would want to make a reservation

    Excellent in every way! Great cocktails, wonderful specials, kitchen executes each dish beautifully, good service…shout out to Brent, lovely ambience. We enjoyed our meal from start to finish.

    Lovely restaurant in an historic area with a beautiful atmosphere and view. Food is southern traditional…fun, good and eclectic. With your receipt you get a discount at Vic’s coffee shop.

    The view is breathtaking if you can get a seat close to the windows. The river view is out of this world. We got fresh oysters on the half shell and filet. Nothing short of amazing. Wait staff was attentive and accommodating.

    Vic’s on the River was a great dining experience. A little difficult to find. You take an elevator from Vic’s Coffee House to the fourth floor ( from the river side) or just walk up the stairs from the front of the restaurant if on the opposite side ( which we later figured out). Make a reservation in advance . Even then, on a busy weekend , we waited 20 minutes. Food great, oysters, filet mignon , crab cakes, all tasty , fresh, and cooked to order. We sat in front of the window and looked at all of the Christmas lights and cargo ships floating by.

    when i made the reservation I requested a table by the window - specified that either the main dining room or bar would be okay. They graciously honored my request so we were able to watch all the boat traffic on the river which makes Vic’s one of the special places to have lunch in Savannah. Thanks for a lovely lunch
