   We had the fried green tomatoes which were very good. Enjoyed the shrimp n’grits and the crab cakes were delicious - mostly all crab! Yum! We had a nice waitress and courteous service. Would recommend.

   Upstairs from Vics Coffee... It's a large restaurant with high ceilings and hardwood flooring so sounds carry quite a bit and it gets loud inside when full. Not someplace I would consider a quiet, intimate dining experience. With that said, it's a nice dinner out and would be great with a group as we saw several large groups. The service is really good. We wanted for nothing. The food is ok ... didn't blow me away. I thought my fish ( halibut ) was a little overdone but the vanilla bourbon sauce was very tasty and different which I liked. My mom's scallops were a little tough too.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Vic's on the River. We were celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversay and this place did not dissapoint! My husband had the ribeye steak (special of the day) and I had the braised short ribs. Both entrees were phenominal! My husband said it was the best steak he has ever had! I also had the she crab soup as an appetizer and it was great as well :)...It was a little noisy and the prices are a little steep....but I feel that for a special occasion... it's def worth the splurge!!

    One of the best dinners I’ve every had. I ordered the She Crab Soup and the pecan crusted flounder. Both were impressive and the service was the best!
