My husband and I have never been to this restaurant so we figured we would give it a try. We were very pleasantly surprised by the food portions. We had ordered a small plate and when it came out it was huge. We had to take home a portion for our next meal. The restaurant overlooks a lake hence the name of the restaurant. The food was excellent and we both said that we would definitely return sometime in the future.

The food was very good, and good quality and value for the cost. After dinner we stayed at the bar to listen to the band.

My waitress I don’t remember her name was so nice. She checked on us a lot and was very friendly. The place is nice and they give you good size portion of food. It was very descent price. I didn’t like the taste of my salmon and it didn’t have much flavor but overall I would come back again.

Food was fabulous! We had prime rib and crab cakes. There was So MUCH crab in each cake, they were well worth the price. Drinks and service were good

The food was awful and the waiter seemed extremely preoccupied. We asked him to come back in a few minutes so we could look at the menu and he was gone for over 20 minutes. He missed half of our drink orders even after we asked a second time. The calamari was chewy and the short rib sandwich was full of nothing but onions.

Service was great once seated. The food was just terrible in its taste and presentation. Veal piccata was pieces of veal slopped together with pasta in a brownish sauce. I had broiled seafood combo. It wasn’t fresh seafood since every bite tasted like the last, heavily seasoned and salty. Shrimp, stuffed fish, scallops, clams casino all tasted the same. The side vege, broccolini was so tough a knife wouldn’t go thru it. I have been there many times and it was great. Not any more.
