   The food was deilcious - shrimp, pasta and veal dishes all wonderful. But the memorable part was our server - she went out of her way to make the dinner a pleasure.

   Simply put, Vivace is the best restaurant in Tucson. Consistently great food, very good, non-obtrusive service, fantastic views. Great value.

   My chicken dish was ok. A bit too much vinegar. But, the desert made up for it!

   We had a party of 9 to celebrate my parents birthdays-Elyse took great care of us! Even sent my parents home with tiramisu-they felt so special. Great lunch!

   Another good meal at Vivace. This was our third visit in our 6 week stay in Tucson. We started with the pear and walnut salad, which is big enough to share between two people. Fresh, and an excellent combination of flavors. My wife had the pork parm. with a side of angel hair pasta. Huge portion , enough for leftover the next day. Pork is lightly breaded, and tender, with the pasta cooked al dente. I tried the seafood lasagna, while tasty, I thought the consistency of the seafood was mushy, and the spinach could have used a little more cooking. While still good, I prefer the eggplant lasagna, or the stuffed pork chop. Service was efficient and professional. Consistently excellent.

   Everything was delicious! Bringing Pesto with the complimentary bread is a great touch. Nice to go to an Italian restaurant and be able to order gluten free items. We'll definitely be back!

   Always a delight! The food and service is always excellent. Our waitress Jackie is wonderful, always very attentive, she is always very pleasant her service makes us feel as though we are her only table. This makes everything so pleasant and enjoyable. The best restaurant for great food and service.

    We ate on the patio, which is why we said it was quiet. It appeared to be fairly noisy inside. The food was excellent, but with caveats. I ordered my steak rare, and yet it came back medium-well to well done. Not even close to right. They gave me another steak after only a short delay (not long to cook a rare steak) and the second steak was excellent. We had ordered a dessert that ostensibly takes 15 minutes extra, so we ordered it when we ordered our entrees, so we wouldn't need to wait a long time, but we didn't get the dessert until perhaps 25-30 minutes after finishing our entrees. No reason for such a delay. All the food was excellent, but these problems took it down a notch. We've eaten there a number of times before and, while the service has usually been about average, there were problems this time.
