Had a unique experience nestled in a private corner yet not closed. Amazing staff good food great ambience. Perfect Valentine's dinner atmosphere. Will surely return back and recommend Water Biscuit Restaurant.

We loved the service provided by Omar, Jessa and Raju who were always very attentive and friendly during our dining experience for the weeks we were at the intercontinental hotel. The food was delicious and well prepared. The price was very reasonable. We loved the fact that they took care of our food allergies and we didn’t need to ask after the first night of dining. The restaurant was excellent and the chefs were great.

Excellent service and delicious food. The prices were reasonable too. We found this restaurant was really nice.

From walking in we were treated to such a wonderful service from all staff . Obviously well trained courteous and very friendly . They made our Christmas Day so special . The food was amazing and the menu had such a varied choice.Would recommend this hotel restaurant to everyone as it was very reasonably priced and the food was exceptional. Many thanks to all staff at the inter continental who are a credit to the hotel chain treating all customers with such courtesy and friendliness on Christmas Day .

I just typed in Christmas dinner in Sliema and good reviews came up for here. I booked and the waitresses were very accommodating to my whole situation. I couldn't have asked for more and they went above and beyond to cater for our needs. Thakyou and Merry Christmas

A very nice meal, well presented in somewhat utilitarian surroundings. The desserts stand out.

The food was very good service also. We had an issue with a discount card. But the manager on duty that day was very professional and he did all what had to done in a professional way and we had the discount. The effort Eas greatly sppreciated

Very nice staff, clean restaurant and also it was my boyfriends birthday and out of the blue we saw them coming with a slice of cake which was a nice gesture of them! Great Service will visit again for sure!

We where expecting a more intimate setting and out look. Also young children being there surprised us, but didn’t think hotel guests would be up with them so late in a plush restaurant as we had been led to believe it was.

The meal at Waterbiscuit was exceptional. We chose the pan-seared seabass, accompanied by maple-roasted root vegetables, which was simply delicious. The black Angus beef ribeye was cooked to a perfect medium, just as requested, and served with mashed potatoes and a flavorful truffle mushroom sauce—both dishes were packed with taste. The service was also excellent. To end the meal, we indulged in the Paris Brest and the coffee opera torte for dessert, both paired with espressos. Everything was superb from start to finish. Highly recomment
