Overall, our experience at the restaurant was disappointing and not worth the hefty price tag. We had high expectations, but unfortunately, it failed to deliver anything remarkable. The dim lighting created an uninviting atmosphere, making it difficult to appreciate the presentation of our dishes. Additionally, the so-called “fireworks” display was underwhelming and did not align with the promotional material we had seen. After spending nearly $500 for just three of us, we left feeling dissatisfied and regretting our choice. We expected a dining experience that matched the price, but instead, we found a lackluster offering that left us wanting more.

I booked a reservation for 8pm on Saturday the 23rd, obviously a very busy time, unfortunately I ended up waiting approximately 20 minutes before placing even my drink order, the positive turn was my server was immediately apologetic and proceeded to provide amazing service from then on, the food was extremely good, I had a caesar salad, maple salmon and turtle cheesecake. Being at the restaurant at 8pm let me see the fireworks over the falls which was a real treat. Being a busy Saturday things were a little loud ambience wise, but it's to be expected. Overall it was a good experience, hope to visit again.

Watermark was a great dining experience. The menu has enough variation to please almost everyone, and the presentation and quality were superb. We appreciated that portions were enjoyable but not overwhelming. The sorbet in particular was creatively presented, intense in flavor - just delicious and a perfect end to the meal. A must for dessert! We will be back on our next visit.

The restaurant is incredible. Even though it’s the decor is dated I still think it’s a beautiful place. The food is delicious and service is excellent. We really enjoyed our evening there.
