Located on the 33rd floor, The Watermark's elegant, contemporary ambiance is reminiscent of the majestic Niagara Falls itself. Our menu is inspired by both local and regional producers from fine crafted Niagara regional wines to prosciutto from a Niagara Falls local artisan. Tim O'Donnell, our Executive Chef, uses fresh seasonal ingredients that transpire into creative dishes.

Our new fixed-price menu allows you to customize your dining experience. Choose either a three-course or five-course option and you decide which courses you want. Prices are based on the number of courses you order.

My wife and I, along with our son celebrated our 22nd anniversary here. Service was great, food was excellent. Views were fantastic. Wonderful view of fireworks from our table. We are Niagara Falls locals, so we love to take in some of the best our city has to offer.

On news years day dinner cut my mouth on what I first thought was a piece of bone but found it to be a clear plastic fragment razor sharp about an inch long. Reported it to a passing waiter who apologized and later approached by another individual who enquired and was told it cut my mouth and finally the manager came and partially apologized and offered a partial discount but no concern for the injury. Our waitress a young lady was great and on all previous occasions the experience has been outstanding.

Excellent service! They really paid attention to details and made all the experience amazing. Severs cared about every single request made and really cared about us enjoying our time, even asked us to stay until the fireworks started. They exceeded our expectations!

This place is a scam!!! DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT. they will over charge you, act confused as to why they charged you so much and send you on a horse race to get your credit back.

The food was horrible. I made reservations for new years. I selected the standard menu option when offered but when we got there they said the only option was the New Years menu which was twice the price of standard. Since we were already there we went ahead and ate. The bread we received was cold. The appetizers were bland. I ordered a steak medium and it was the toughest steak I have ever had. I would compare it to those plastic steaks you get in a kids toy kitchen. The Risotto was lumpy and dessert mushy. It was an awful experience and I do not recommend.

Go for the ire and the service. That said we booked ahead and asked for a table with a good view of the falls and probably had the worst view in the house. That was not cool. Our waiter was exceptional, attentive and friendly on a very busy night. The food was average the starter was shrimp cocktail which was several med shrimp on a bed of iceburg lettuce with a few radishes topping it off. I wish they would provide you a choice of regular cocktail sauce (my personal favourite), or their house version of cocktail sauce. The mail meal was very good and well presented. Roast chicken and tenderloin is what we ordered. The dessert we had were again well presented the crème brûlée was a bit too thick and pudding like. The sorbet was delicious. The wine is extremely overpriced. The complimentary Champaign was served off a table lined with pre poured glasses at the entrance - not very festive and it was warm. We had a terrific view of the fireworks over the falls from the lounge above the restaurant before dinner. All in all it was a pleasant but overpriced experience. I would go back to the lounge for a snack a drink and a view but I would not dine there again.
