   Wissom the manager and our server Darren were both exceptional with Customer Service They were all friendly and very polite they made us feel comfortable. Will definitely be going back

   Everything was amazing from the live dinner music, to the view of the falls (all tables have a view as the restaurant seating is tiered), the food was very good and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend. We had the prefix meal. Our dinner took just over 1 1/2 hours so plenty of time to get to the 8pm show when seated at 6pm.

   Unfortunately, our evening was underwhelming in every way. The view was lovely, and the Friday evening music added to the atmosphere. However upon our entrance, our host was disinterested and our service bordered on aggressive. Our server spilled a portion of a split of bubbles, and instead of apologizing, just laughed. He then barked at my husband during the ordering process. After ordering a fairly expensive bottle of local Cabernet Franc, our wine glasses were slammed down on the table. As our main entrees were served, the food runner handed me a plate that was under the warmer for far too long, burning my hands. Our beautiful steaks were extremely over cooked, and although they were edible, they were far from enjoyable. At the duration of the meal, our server swooped in to clear our plates and smashed the decanter and wine glasses. Glass shards spilled onto the table and carpet around our table, followed not by an apology but more laughter. I believe he mentioned, "well that has never happened to me before," which I found hard to believe. (I am a Certified Sommelier and have worked in hospitality for over 20 years). It was an expensive and frankly, rather weird evening. If you are interested in a view of the falls, I would recommend swinging by for overpriced breakfast instead. However, there are many other options in the area with a falls view, warmer hospitality, and more polite service. I would strongly advise to SKIP this one.

   Amazing view. Violinist was a great compliment to the ambiance. The manager was stellar and gave us a great deal and personally poured our bottle of wine. Service was prompt as we only had 75 minutes until our show started. A hidden gem for people who have forgotten about this venue. Will go back!

   Sadly weather was not good so no view of Falls. Beef tenderloin over cooked for both orders. As food was expensive this was very disappointing. Service was good.

   This really is a great restaurant with fantastic views. 33rd floor gives you a lot to look at. The live piano player was an unexpected added bonus. Our food was outstanding and looked artistically prepared. Service was a bit slow, but it was Valentine's Day and I know how this can slam a kitchen/wait staff. You get a well deserved pass for that one. I would go back soon. Thank you!

   Dinner was great. Valentines Day menu added a nice selection. The food was delicious. Portions were great and everything was well plated. Our service was incredible. The live pianist was very romantic and played a good variety of new and old songs.

   The location is fantastic - great view of the falls and city lights. Food was excellent and service was timely. Waiter was attentive.

    Good food, great service. We had a great table by the window on Valentines Day… and they had heaters at the windows which made it even more enjoyable
